Rochel's Story
A Lifetime of Baking, Now at Your Door
Rochel grew up baking with her mother. Friday afternoons meant braiding challah together. Weekends meant rolling rugelach at the kitchen table. She didn't learn from a cookbook. She learned by watching, by doing, and by tasting until it was right.
When Rochel moved to Dayton as a Chabad Shliach (a community emissary), she brought every one of those recipes with her. For years she cooked and baked for the local Jewish community, making sure people always had real, homemade kosher food for Shabbat and the holidays.
Now she's opening that up to everyone in Dayton. You don't need to know what rugelach is to enjoy it. You don't need to celebrate Shabbat to love a fresh braided challah. Rochel just loves to bake, and she'd love to bake for you.
