A Lifetime of Baking, Now at Your Door
Rochel grew up in the kitchen alongside her mother, learning the rhythms of traditional Jewish baking the way it was always meant to be learned — by hand, by smell, by feel. Braiding challah on Friday afternoons. Rolling rugelach at the kitchen table. Watching dough rise and knowing, just by looking, that it was ready.
When Rochel came to Dayton as a Chabad Shliach — a community emissary — she brought those recipes with her. For years she baked for the local Jewish community, filling Shabbat tables and holiday celebrations with the kind of food that carries memory in every bite.
Now, she's sharing it with all of Dayton. You don't have to know what rugelach is to fall in love with it. You don't have to celebrate Shabbat to appreciate a perfectly braided challah fresh from Rochel's oven. This is food made with generations of love — and it's for everyone.
